Ce titre, clin d’œil au ministre de l’interieur qui fut finalement élu président, fait découvrir une nouvelle facette d’Olaf Hund, qui pour la première fois réalise tout un album en français sous le pseudonyme Nicolas Police. Un Nicolas aux textes engagés, teintés d’humour et de dérision.
